This month, we’re proud to celebrate Mohammed Tashin, one of our talented Bid Writers, as he enters his third year with Hudson Outsourcing.
Based in our India office, Mohammed plays a key role in supporting clients across the UK, Middle East, and USA, working collaboratively with our global teams to deliver well-structured, compliant, and high-quality bid submissions. His work is consistently solid, reliable, and thoughtful — contributing to successful outcomes across multiple sectors and geographies.
Mohammed works closely with clients and internal teams alike, adapting his writing style to different markets, funders, and procurement frameworks. His ability to collaborate effectively within a global workforce ensures bids are delivered to deadline while maintaining the clarity, quality, and professionalism Hudson is known for.

Mohammed said:
“It’s been two years of learning, unlearning, and relearning as a bid writer since I joined the HO Family on Jan 2, 2025. I’ve had the opportunity to understand the finer nuances of bid writing with all possible support and guidance from my colleagues, particularly Calum and Ima, and all coworkers, while I continue to understand the process in place. At the personal level, Calum and Jill have been a great source of support and sport since my initiation into the organisation. My time at HO has also been very special personally, as I became father to a child, who’s now my little world, the driving force for work and life, serving as a fulcrum to all my emotions and actions at play on the jukebox!”
