At the end of November, we were proud to celebrate Natasha Marshall’s two-year work anniversary with Hudson Outsourcing, marking an important milestone in her role as Client Engagement Manager.

Over the past two years, Natasha has played a pivotal role in supporting some of Hudson Outsourcing’s largest and most complex client accounts. She is often the calm, knowledgeable voice guiding clients through critical bidding decisions, helping them understand opportunities, risks, and next steps with clarity and confidence.

One of Natasha’s standout strengths is her ability to break down complex bids into clear, understandable documents, empowering clients to make informed decisions about where to focus their time, energy, and investment. This approach not only supports better outcomes but builds trust, something that is consistently reflected in the feedback we receive from clients, many of whom speak highly of her professionalism, patience, and commitment.

Natasha said:

“It’s hard to believe that I have been with Hudson for over two years now, the time has truly flown by. It has been an incredibly rewarding journey, especially as someone who had no prior experience in sales. Throughout my time here, I have learned so much and have been consistently supported by both my management and colleagues.

I have Hudson to thank for shaping me into the successful salesperson I am today; without this opportunity, I’m not sure where I would be. Over the past two years, I have developed key skills such as tender analysis and negotiation, as well as gaining valuable knowledge across a wide range of sectors that I previously knew very little about. My communication skills have grown significantly, and I now approach my role with far greater confidence.

In addition to reaching my two-year milestone, I am proud to have recently secured over £1 million for the company during my time here, which has been a huge personal and professional achievement.
