Hudson Welcomes A New Bid Writer

Today we are welcoming Alex Holt to our bid writing services division – Hudson Succeed. Alex will work to support the development of exceptionally crafted tender responses for our clients.

On a daily basis, Alex will work alongside our team of Bid Managers, Bid Writers and our Head of Bid Management. Together, they will continue to support both national and international businesses, varying in size and industry. As a team of consultants, Alex will adapt his writing constantly to ensure that the industries are represented as accurately as possible.

Alex will also liaise with our clients to ensure high-quality communications throughout the tendering process.

Alex Says…

“As a Bid Writer at Hudson Succeed, I will be working to develop quality submissions for our large client base. My role will involve securing new contracts for our ever-growing clientele. I look forward to making a positive contribution over the next year and beyond and the whole team have already made me feel very welcome.”

Previous Experience 

Alex graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Hons Degree in English Language. During his time at university, Alex developed an interest in persuasive language and neuro-linguistic programming. This soon became the focus of Alex’s dissertation.

Whilst undergoing his degree, Alex had regularly produced and updated an online blog surrounding the motor vehicle industry. Alex has a passion for unique cars and his blog allowed him to share his interests with others, driving a 1987 BMW 5-series currently.

Alex has been providing bid writing services for the past two years. Working with a dynamic range of sectors including Grounds Maintenance, Mechanical and Asbestos, Alex has invaluable experience of the procurement industry.

During this time, Alex was required to support a range of businesses and create persuasive tender responses. Alex would also liaise with the internal bid team to ensure that submissions were completed to the highest possible quality.
